Navarre Roy - Founder
As a Corporate and Intellectual Property Lawyer, Navarre advises clients and represents them before appropriate judicial fora on ways to protect, defend and enforce their business interests including their intellectual property rights.
Navarre has worked closely with businesses in conducting intellectual property audits and has been involved in the valuation of intangible assets.
Navarre was the recipient of a scholarship for a Specialized Course on Intellectual Property Valuation conducted by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the LUISS Business School along with the Italian Intellectual Property Office.
Navarre conducts classes on copyright for post graduate journalism students at the Madras University. He enjoys writing about various aspects of the law
Hepitha Priscilla - Senior Associate
Hepitha Priscilla, leads the firm’s intellectual property and real estate practice.
Hepitha works with individual artists, musicians, authors and content creators in protesting and asserting their rights.
Hepitha also has experience conducting with dispute resolution and has has represented clients before many judicial fora.
Hepitha has also completed her LLM at Alliance University, Bangalore in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Hepitha enjoys making impromptu travel plans and picking up random books to read through.
Raghul Selvanathan - Senior Associate
Raghul Selvanathan, leads the firm’s private equity and general corporate practice.
With specialized experience in Commercial Litigation, he now brings that experience to mitigating such challenges at the negotiation and drafting stage.
Raghul works with clients and advises on matters relating to venture capital transactions representing both investors and companies as well as general contracts.
Raghul enjoys writing films, discussing Cryptocurrency, and is always welcome to a chat about the evolving domain of Privacy Law.
Gunjan Raha Paul - Bangalore Practice Lead
Gunjan Raha Paul heads the Bangalore Practice of the Firm.
She handles legal matters for the firm encompassing a range of corporate and commercial matters and general dispute resolution.
As an attorney, she has earned an enviable track record for her empathy and honesty when interacting with her clients and her dedicated commitment to achieving the favourable outcomes which they anticipate and deserve most expediently and cost-effectively possible.
Aishvariya J - Senior Associate
Aishvariya, leads the firm’s dispute resolution practice.
Aishvariya works across judicial fora on a range of commercial disputes. From general civil disputes to high profile debt recovery and company matters, Aishvariya handles all contentious matters for the Firm’s clients.
Aishvariya completed her B.A.B.L. (Hons) from the School of Excellence in Law, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of various legal disciplines. Over the course of her career, she has developed significant expertise in managing a wide array of legal issues, including divorce proceedings, financial disputes, rental conflicts, injunction suits, writ petitions, anticipatory bail applications, and FIR quash petitions before the High Court.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in nature, finding peace and inspiration in nature.
Afrina Idaayath - Associate
Afrina Idaayath, is a part of the firm’s intellectual property, and dispute resolution practice.
With a keen eye for details, Afrina handles all trademark matters including prosecution and enforcement. This combined with a primary interest in litigation makes her a valuable part of any IP litigation that the Firm handles.
Afrina has also completed her LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Jindal University and completed certificate courses in Media Laws.
Outside of the law, Afrina is a phenomenal baker and runs her own home bakery.
